Please contact us ASAP at email@example.com if you have any queries with the goods you have received. No returns can be accepted without prior arrangement with ourselves. Damaged parcels must be signed for as damaged. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that your goods arrive in perfect condition, please check your goods immediately upon receipt. In the unlikely event that you receive goods which are faulty, please contact us ASAP and we will arrange your replacement. If you are arranging for a fabric to be FR Treated / Backcoated / Scotchguarded in any way (not by us) you must ensure that it is thoroughly checked prior to treatment. Once fabric has been cut or treated in any way we cannot accept any responsibilty. Cancellation of any order MUST be made in writing either by Fax, Email, or Post (we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage). For the return of non-faulty goods you must contact us within 14 working days of receipt. Items must be well packaged and returned in a saleable condition. A refund of the original cost (excluding carriage) will be given, however, the cost of returning the parcel / goods is payable by the customer. We can arrange a collection if required, your refund upon receipt of the returned goods will have a collection charge of £20.00 deducted.
We accept Payments made by Visa & Mastercard through our secure Sage Pay system or by Paypal Invoice or BACs transfer (Goods will be despatched once your payment has cleared).
VAT will be added to all UK Orders at the current rate.
We will not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of you 'Shopping Cart' once you have selected an item.
Sizes quoted in this website are approximate and can vary. There can be colour variations on all our products (particularly of natural products such as wood) and all pictures are provided as a guide only. We would recommend that samples are requested BEFORE placing an order if a specific colour match is required (however please note that samples are not batch specific and shade may vary between dye batches).
It is advisable to check (prior to placing an order) for ongoing use of the product as no guarantee can be given for availability or exact colour matches: ie. Dye lots, Wallpaper & Fabric may change from one batch to another.
The placing of an order expresses acceptance of our terms & conditions of business.
For Delivery of Fabrics & Wallpapers please allow 2-5 working days, however this can be longer at busy times. We aim to despatch within 2 days. Our Delivery Times are given as a guide only. If you require goods to arrive within a specific timescale please contact us either through our Contacts Page or on Tel: 01274 588079 and we will able to advise you further. We cannot accept any liability for any delay caused by the delivery agent used. We are provided a due date for out of stock items, which will be discussed with yourself at the time of your order and you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order.

Harlequin/Sanderson offer a reservation service so please contact us to reserve additional rolls of wallpaper rather than ordering more than you need.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website with or without notice to you and confirm that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website. Any typographical error or omission in any form of literature issued by us shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the seller. If any item is inadvertently incorrectly priced, or we can no longer supply the goods, we will always contact you to inform of the change of price, or the offer of an alternative product, and you will be able to cancel your order at this time, if required.
We reserve the right to refuse a transaction of any products advertised on this website.
