Q. Can I order Samples of Fabric or Wallpaper?

A. Yes, we would always recommend that you have seen the fabric/wallpaper in person before placing your order. This can be in a pattern book from a local stockist or by ordering samples. Samples are charged at £2.00 for up to 4 and take approx. 3-8 working days to arrive to a standard UK address, provided the samples are in stock. You will be notified by email if your sample/s are out of stock, or delayed, and at this time you can choose to wait for the sample or select an alternative.

​​​​​Q. Can I order Part of a metre of fabric?

A. Yes. Please try our BRAND NEW WEBSITE As long as your order is a minimum of 1mtr, you can order 1.1mtr, 1.5mtr etc.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

A. Orders are usually delivered within 2 – 5 working days, to Standard UK address, as long as your selected items are in stock.

You will be notified by email, if your item is delayed or discontinued, and at this time you can choose to wait for your item, select an alternative or request a refund in full. For full delivery details, please view our Terms & Conditions.

Q. How can I find out if the fabric I want is suitable for upholstery?

A. Each fabric will have the manufacturer’s intended uses as part of the product details. If the fabric you are interested is can be used for upholstery we would recommend you get in touch to discuss your order further. Our sales team will discuss the intended use of the fabric and ask for the quantity you are looking to receive. They will then investigate whether the fabric is suitable for your needs and discuss any additional information. Please note; the majority of fabrics on our website are priced for non-FR Treated stock. There may be an additional charge if the fabric requires further treatment to make it compliant.

Q. Can you tell me how much fabric/wallpaper I need to order?

A. We are happy to help work fabric/wallpaper quantities out for you, and we can advise how much fabric to use based on how our own workroom works. If using another Curtain Maker / Decorator we would always advise you to double check the figure with them prior to placing your order.

Q. The product I have received is different to what I ordered, what can I do?

A. We provide the product details (including vertical pattern repeat and useable width) as per the Brand's information. These measurements are provided as approximate figures and a certain level of tolerance is allowed. We are more than happy to investigate any discrepancies further and ask that you please get in touch as soon as possible via phone or email with your order details.

Q. Do you make up Curtains/Roman Blinds?

A. Yes. We have our own Workroom, visit our BRAND NEW WEBSITE to create a quotation. Alternatively we can provide a quotation via email, please feel free to call or email us.

Q. How long will my Curtains take to arrive?

A. We quote 2-4wks for Tailor Made orders, providing your fabric is in stock at the time of placing your order. Should any unforeseen delays occur, you will be kept fully informed.

Q. Do you come and measure up for my Curtains or Blinds?

A. If you live in our local area, we will be more than happy for our fitter to come out and measure for you.
