We accept Payments made by Visa & Mastercard through our secure Sage Pay system or by Cheque (Goods will be despatched once your payment has cleared).
VAT will be added to all UK Orders at the current rate (on 1.1.10 it will rise back to 17.5%).
We will not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of you 'Shopping Cart' once you have selected an item.
Sizes quoted in this website are approximate and can vary. There can be colour variations on all our products (particularly of natural products such as wood) and all pictures are provided as a guide only. We would recommend that samples are requested BEFORE placing an order if a specific colour match is required.
It is advisable to check (prior to placing an order) for ongoing use of the product as no guarantee can be given for availability or exact colour matches: ie. Dye lots, Wallpaper may change from one batch to another.
The placing of an order expresses acceptance of our terms & conditions of business.
For Delivery of Fabrics & Wallpapers please allow 5-7 working days, however this can be longer at busy times. We aim to despatch within 2 days. Our Delivery Times are given as a guide only. If you require goods to arrive within a specific timescale please contact us either through our Contacts Page or on Tel: 01274 588079 and we will able to advise you further. We cannot accept any liability for any delay caused by the delivery agent used. Out of stock items can take up to 6 weeks for delivery but you will be notified and given the opportunity to cancel your order.
All goods received must be fully inspected and any discrepancies, damages, shortages or defects must be notified to us within 7 days of delivery. Please check all packaging for damage upon delivery. Damaged Parcels MUST be signed for as damaged. Goods which have been signed for as ‘received in good condition’ cannot be compensated. No returns will be accepted without prior arrangement with ourselves.
Prestigious Wallpapers are NON RETURNABLE unless faulty - then will be swapped for a replacment.
Harlequin / Crowson Wallpaper - You MAY NOT return unused rolls of Wallpaper unless returning the full batch ordered, over 3 rolls, in its full original unopened packaging, or if the wallpaper is faulty. When returning unfaulty wallpaper a Restocking charge of 25% will be charged. Faulty goods will be replaced. Cancellation of any order MUST be made in writing either by Fax, Email or Post (we recommend you obtain a proof of posting). Any unfaulty goods must be returned in a saleable condition, in their packaging, and any credit will exclude carriage to return and any restocking charge if applicable. A Collection charge of £20 will be applied to any unfaulty returns, in addition to the return carriage charge. We regret that no claim will be entertained for any fabrics or any accessories which have been cut, treated, or used in any way
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily, or permanently, this website with or without notice to you and confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website. Any typographical error or omission in any form of literature issued by us shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the seller. If any item is inadvertently incorrectly priced, or we can no longer supply the goods, we will always contact you to inform of the change of price, or the offer of an alternative product, and you will be able to cancel your order at this time, if required.
We reserve the right to refuse a transaction of any products advertised on this website.
